S.P.E.A.K.

 A transformational five week workshop that meets once weekly and explores Throat Chakra healing and transformation.

In this inspiring series, we will find our voices through telling our stories for the last time, so that new ones can be created and a new reality can be anchored in.

We will come into better understanding of the throat chakra, our center for truth and expression, and understand how it realtes and is supported or undermined by the other energy centers.

We will learn techniques for balancing, strengthening, and healing of our throat chakra.

We will tell our truths and dispell the lies that we have told ourselves and beleived in, while holding the space for the others within the group to SEE the beuty of their truth and own it.

We will cut chords and ties to ancestrial beleifs that have passes along shame and false boundaries and we wil balance the inner aspects of male and female so that the highest form of creation can be birthed through this highly creative energy center.

This calss is for anyone who has had trouble expressing their truth, creating their dreams, living from their core, or sharing their gift with the world.  It is also a powerfully healing experience for those who have experienced abuse or oppression and for those who are in search of finding their inner strength so that they can finally live life fully, in the highest expression of who they truly are.

Body Talk~(Intuitive Anatomy, Insight into Body/Spirit/Self, and clearing of minor aches, pains, and ailments through understanding of what the chakras are telling you. This is a preview into undrstanding the elements of The Tree of Life healing modality and better understanding you on a deeper level as you reconnect with your body talk and heal through connecting with its messages.

Ancestrial Clearing and Recalaiming Ancient Wisdom~ This ceremony offers a beautiful blend of meditation, journeying, visualization, and soul retrieval.  We will honor the feminine and matriarchy within our lineage and set them free; forgive the male/patriarchy for their part in the division and for their fear-based actions or inflictions of any wrongs or wounds; and gather the bones of wisdom from all of our ancestors and past lives, re-membering ourselves into wholeness.

Core Creation~ a unique and creative way to tap into the essence of your soul and get a deeper understanding of who you are. We'll be painting the 'attributes' of each others souls as a group and communicating back to one another what we 'see' soul-wise. This is an excellent way to unleash your creativity, hon your intuition, and celebrate your soul in a warm and loving group community that's looking to expand in the same ways as you.

Body of Life~ An eight-part workshop covering the basics of a powerful new healing paraddigm designed to create shifts in consciouness and fold you into wholeness. Body of life, derived from The Tree of Life healing modality, will discuss the seven chakras in relation to the key elements of healing achieved through the process of 'The Tree'. This is a beginers course for understanding The Tree of Life. Extended workshops in The Tree of Life will be offered soon.
